Thanks to the link pieces you can adjust the hula hoop exactly to your preferred size. You simply click the pieces into place, which gives the hula hoop a circumference of 44 to 106 centimeters / 17.3 to 41.7 inch (14-24 link pieces). By putting it firmly around your waist you can keep exercising without losing your ‘flow’, as the hoop can never fall off your hips onto the floor.
