Its relatively small length makes the dumbbell bar very suitable for young athletes, people who are smaller or for workouts in smaller spaces. It is the shortest dumbbell bar in our range and therefore suitable for less intense workouts. The dumbbell bar is easy to use for bench presses, squat racks and power racks.

The dumbbell bar can be used with 50 millimeter discs, both light and heavy (Olympic) discs. The bar is made of a high quality sturdy steel and is therefore safe to use for both personal and commercial use, such as in gyms.
